This service starts with a thorough consultation where The Allergy Chef will review your diagnosis, and long term goals. She will also help you understand what your different options are, including AIP, SCD, Paleo, and more. After the consultation, The Allergy Chef will put together the meal plan spreadsheet for you, and the recipes for all of your dinners on the plan. This is a bespoke plan made just for you, not a generic plan for anyone to follow.
The Allergy Chef has taken on some of the toughest projects, including chronic and severe GERD, children with EOE, and people with over 30 food allergies.
