Hi, I was hoping you could share a few ideas for stocking stuffers that are food based. When I was a kid my mom always had some treats waiting for us and I’d love to be able to do that for my kids. My son was recently diagnosed as dairy free, nut free. He’s also contact allergic to dairy. Any help is appreciated!
Hi! I’m going to suggest No Whey Chocolate, one of my fave brands to purchase for the kids. They offer a range of candy, including seasonal items for Christmas. Kid Two LOVES them, and you can watch/read our reviews of their products here.
In the past I’ve ordered their candy canes (for decorating the tree), chocolate bars, peppermint bark, no-no’s, and several other holiday items.
I also like adding cookies and other treats to the stockings. Blake’s Seed Based rice crispy treats, Rule Breaker cookies (Kid Two says birthday cake flavour is the best), and Partake Foods individual cookie packs.
Those are generally my favourite food based items to include in stockings. Each of the brands I’ve shared are made in top 8/9 free facilities, so your son would be covered. This article has more about allergy friendly candy.
Merry Christmas!
